用料:
1：玉米面（Corn flour）1杯（140克）；糯米粉3大匙（24克），细白糖1大匙（14克）。
2：热水不是很烫手1/3杯（75克），玉米油1茶匙，炼乳1.5大匙（Condensed milk, 30克）
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、玉米面要用这种细面（图1），将所有1了放入小盆里（图2），拌匀，中间留窝备用。
2、依次将2料放入（图3），合成软硬适中面团。
3、将面团均匀分成16份（图5）。手指沾点水涂在左手掌心，取一份面团揉成圆球状（图6）。
4、用食指压入面团成中空做成窝头状（图7），取下用食指再轻轻来回揉成尖点的窝头（图8）.
5、放入铺有小块烤盘纸的蒸笼里，水开后放上盛窝头的笼抽，大火蒸8分钟即可。
