Ingredients:

Dough:
1) 1 cup – 2 tbsp lukewarm water (210g), 1/4 tsp sugar, 1.25 tsp fast rising yeast
2) 2 cups unsifted all purpose flour (320g);
3) 2 tbsp olive oil;
Meat filling:
4) 175 g extra lean ground pork, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1/4 tsp thirteen spice powder or white pepper powder, 2 tsp corn starch, and 2 tbsp cold water;
5) 3 green onions, 2 shallots;
Others:
6) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil ;
7) 1/3 cup water.

1: Place all ingredients of Ingredient 1) in a container, mix well and let it stand for 5 minutes. Measure flour in a medium size bowl (Picture 1). Pour the yeast water mixture to flour to form soft dough. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and knead the dough for about 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Rub 0.5 tsp olive oil on the top (Picture 2), cover with plastic wrap then set aside in a warm place.
2: Remove roots of green onion, rinse and finely chop them. Remove skins of the shallots, rinse with water then cut into small pieces. Place them in a bowl and all ingredients of Ingredient 4), stir with a pair of chopsticks in one direction for 80 times, set aside (Picture 3).
3: When the dough doubles in volume (Picture 4), knead to form a log and roll to 40 cm diameter (Picture 4), spread the meat filling evenly on top and roll to a log. Cut into 12 equal portions.

4: Place meat rolls inside the pot of AirGO which was brushed with 1.5 tbsp oil (Picture 5), cover with lid and let it stand until double in size. Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Crepe/Naan” program, set temperature to 400F and time to 17 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After cooking for about 5 minutes and add 1/3 cup water, cover the lid and let the program continue.
6: When hear beeping for flipping, open the lid, turn over the rolls (Pictures 8). Close the lid and let the program to finish. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
Tips:
Leftover rolls can be frozen. Microwave leftover rolls 25-30 seconds then toast it before serving.
