【AirGo- Black Pepper Shrimp】

Simple ingredients, but it is very delicious. I use AirGo’s“Air Fryer” function to make this dish, and shrimp is tender and not watery. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package frozen deveined white shrimps (454g);
2) 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp sesame oil;
3) 1 Shallots, 1 green onion;
4) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
5) 1 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ tsp ground black pepper.

1: Place shrimps in cold water to thaw, remove shells, rinse with cold water, massage for a minute and drain well. Add all ingredients of Ingredient 2), mix well and set aside. Remove skin of shallot, rinse with cold water, then chop into small pieces. Similarly, remove the root of green onion, rinse and dice finely.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 415F and time to 5 min. press “start” to initiate the program. Open the lid, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped shallot and green onion, then close the lid. After preheat is done, open the lid and stir a few times.
3: After cooking about 1minute and 4 minutes left, open the lid, add shrimp and ¼ tsp ground black pepper, stir a few times and then close the lid, let the program continue.
4: When only 1-2 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, add all ingredients of Ingredient 5) stir a few time, close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, open the lid and stir to mix. Transfer cooked shrimp to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
