【AirGo- Scallop tofu potstickers】

Pot stickers who would not love. This one is especially savory, tender scallop and tofu create a diving combination. It is convenient to use AirGo’s “Base Heat” function to make this dish. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Ingredients:
Wrappers:
1) 1 cup unsifted all purpose flour (160g), 1/3cup+1tbsp water, 1 tsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
Filling:
2) 1 piece tofu 175g;
3) 300g frozen wild scallops;
4) 3 tbsp chopped green onion, 1 tbsp sesame oil , 1/2 tsp salt, 1/6 tsp ground black pepper, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce;
Others:
6) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
7) 3 tbsp water;
8) 1 tsp chopped green onion.

2: Rinse tofu and dice into 0.5 cm cubes (Picture 3). Place frozen scallops in cold water to thaw, rinse, drain and cut to small pieces. Place tofu, scallops in a bowl, add all ingredients of Ingredient 4-5), gentle mix well with a spoon (Picture 4).
3: On a floured working surface, shape the dough into a log about 1 cm diameter. Cut into 20 equal sized portions. Press with your palm to flatten them. Roll out each disc into a 9-10 cm circle (Picture 5). Place 1 tablespoon filling in the middle of each wrapper. Press the center edges to seal, then seal completely both sides (see the video for details). Brush the 【AirGo】cooker pot with 1.5 tbsp oil, and arrange the potsticker inside (Picture 6). Please the pot back inside the 【AirGo】cooker.
4: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Base Heat” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 26 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After cooking for 11 minutes, open the lid and add 3 tbsp water and close the lid to let the program continue.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, scatter some chopped green onion for decoration. Transfer cooked potstickers to a serving plate and serve warm.
