【AirGo- Spicy Shrimp】

It is very easy to use AirGo’s “Air Fryer” function to make this tender shrimps. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1package frozen deveined white shrimps (454g);
3) 4 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp freshly mince ginger;
4) 4 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
5) ½ cup all purpose flour, 1 tbsp corn starch, 3 tbsp water
6) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil;
Directions:
1: Place shrimps in cold water to thaw, remove shells, rinse and drain well (piicture 1). Combine shrimps and all ingredients of Ingredent 2 (Picture 2), mix well (Picture 3). Then add 1 tbsp oil, mix well (Picture 4).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 5 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat is done, quickly line the pan with parchment paper and place shrimps evenly, scatter chopped green onion over the top (Picture 5). Close the lid and let the program continue (Picture 6).
3: After cooking about 3 minutes (or when beeping), open the lid, stir shrimps a few times. Close the lid and let the program to finish.
4: When the program ends, transfer cooked shrimps to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
