【AirGo- Garlic sprout and chicken breast stir fry】

You should try this Chicken breast stir fry dish, very tasty and the chicken breast is tender in savory sauce. I used AirGo to make this dish, very easy. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

Ingredients:
1) 525g organic chicken breast;
2) 15 garlic sprouts (150g);
3) 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Guizhou style black bean sauce, 2 tsp chili bean sauce;
4) 2 tsp premium soy sauce, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Remove roots of garlic sprouts, rinse and cue 2 cm long pieces (Picture 1). Rinse chicken breast with water and drain. Remove white membrane from chicken breast and cut into 3 mm slices (Picture2). Massage the chicken meat for 1-2 minutes to tenderize them (Picture 3). Add all rest ingredients of Ingredient 1), mix well and set aside for 20 min.
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 420F and time to 6 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, add 1 tbsp oil, 2tsp black bean sauce, 2 tsp chili bean sauce and garlic sprouts (Picture 4). Close the lid and let the program continue.
3: After 1 min. cooking time, open the lid, stir and added chicken breast pieces (Picture 5), close the lid and let the program continue.
4: When only 2-3 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, stir to mix and add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 6). Stir to mix, then close the lid and cook until the program ends.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add 1 tsp sesame oil, mix well. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
