【AirGo- Tofu in fermented black bean sauce】

I love this tasty tofu dish. I used AirGo “Air Fryer” function to make this dish, very easy. To purchase go to: AirGo cooker, with a coupon of maomao25 for $25 off.

 AirGo 豆豉豆腐Tofu in fermented black bean sauce
Prepare time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 9 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 6 servings

Ingredients:

1) 1 container tofu 850g;
2) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guizhou style black bean sauce;
3: 2/3 tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground white pepper,
4: 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce;
5: 1 tsp sesame oil.

Directions:
1: Cut tofu into 1 cm cubes (Picture 1).
2: Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 415F and time to 9 min. press “start” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, add 1.5 tbsp oil, chopped green onion, mince garlic and black bean sauce (Picture2), stir a few times and then close the lid.

3: After cooking about 1 minute, open the lid, stir to mix. Add tofu cubes (Picture 3) stir to mix, cover with the lid and let the program continue.
4: When only 2 min cooking time left (or upon when beeping), open the lid, add ingredients of Ingredient 3)-4), stir a few time (picture 4), close the lid and let the program to finish.
5: When the program ends, open the lid, add 1 tsp sesame oil, stir a few times and transfer cooked tofu to a serving plate and serve warm with steamed rice.
