Ingredients:
Shrimp and pork balls:
1) 1 package 21-25 size frozen only tail on shrimps (450g), 525g extra lean ground pork;
2) 4 green onions finely chopped, 2g fresh ginger minced;
3) 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee chill bean sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp Chinese thirteen spices mix, 1/2 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tbsp corn starch, 2 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 large egg, 2 tbsp cold water;
Others;
4) 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp finely green onion, 2g fresh ginger sliced, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee chill bean sauce, 1/4 tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn;
5).1 package medium firm Tofu (700g), 1 package Yam noodle (400g), 1 package mushroom mix (400g);
6) 2 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, ¼ chicken broth mix;
7) ½ tsp sesame oil;
8) a large piece of parchment paper.

Directions:
Shrimp and pork balls;
1: Place shrimps in cold water to thaw, remove tails, rinse and drain well. Finely mince the shrimps (Picture 1), then combine with the rest of Ingredients of Ingredient 1)-3) in a bowl (Picture 2), stir in one direction for 2-3 minutes with a pair of chopsticks, until the mixture becomes sticky. Cut off roots of mushrooms (Picture 3), rinse and slice the larger mushrooms. Drain yam noodle (Picture 4), rinse and drain set aside. Rinse Tofu then cut into 2x2x0.3 cm pieces (Picture 5).
2: A large piece parchment paper and brush with 1 tsp oil. Dip a spoon in cold water, then spoon out about 1 tbsp meat and shape it in your palm until it forms a ball. Place it on the parchment paper, repeat to make about 16 meatballs at a time and place them on the parchment paper and leave a bit space in between (Picture 6).

3. Plugin the 【AirGo】cooker, Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 410F and time to 7 min. press “start”” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, carefully place meat balls along the parchment paper in the pot (Picture 7). Close the lid (Picture 8), and let the program to finish. When program finishes, take out cooked shrimp meat balls and keep them warm. Repeat to make shrimp meat balls and freeze the last two batches of shrimp meat balls for later use.
4: Add 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped green onion, sliced ginger and minced garlic, close the lid. Use “Function” to select the “Air Fryer” program, set temperature to 410F and time to 18 min. press “start”” to initiate the program. After preheat, open the lid, add the rest ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 9). Then add sliced tofu (Picture 10) to the pot and stir a few times, close the lid and let the program continue.

5: When the program progressed 2 minutes, add all ingredients of Ingredient 5) (Picture 11) stir a few times, close the lid and let the program continue. When only about 10 mines left, add all ingredients of Ingredient 6) (Picture 12) and 16 precooked shrimp meat balls. Stir a few times, close the lid and let the program to finish. When the program finishes, open the lid, add ½ tsp sesame oil, stir a few times, then transfer to a bowl and serve warm.
