【玉枣粽子】
【玉枣粽子】 by 毛毛妈 毛毛爸回国,他姐姐送了两包和田产的【新疆玉枣】,说玉枣个大核细、皮薄肉厚味甜,专门给我滋补身体的,非常感谢姐姐。好东西哪有一个人独吞的道理,当然要全家人一起分享。端午节快要到了,今天包了几个粽子,加了玉枣和血糯米,非常香甜。 用料: 1:糯米2杯,血糯米1/2杯; 2:干粽叶20片; 3:玉枣10粒; 4:蜂蜜或白糖适量。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。材料做了10个粽子。 做法: 1、米洗净用冷水泡上几个小时(图1)。粽叶放开水煮2分钟上(图2),冷水洗净待用。 2、看看这个枣子,挺好吃(图3)。取两片粽叶剪去粽叶头上的梗,将两片并拢,靠粽叶头一端卷成一个漏斗状。放1.5大匙米用根筷子轻轻捅几下,然后放入一颗玉枣(图4)。 3、然后再放大约3.5大匙米压紧(图5),手指将漏斗两边的粽叶捏进去,粽叶上端盖下来(图6),捏紧口往左边环过去绕起来(图7)。接着用线捆紧(图8)。 4、包好的粽子放大锅内加满水置炉上开大火,煮滚后调小火焖煮3.5小时即成。可以用压力锅压45分钟也行。吃点时候撒点白糖。 You might also like:零失败做【甜酒酿】【蓝莓松饼】【Braised Potatoes】【干烧土豆片】Soy sauce stir fried rice 酱油肉丝炒饭酱油肉丝炒饭 Soy sauce stir fried rice
