【Chinese celery, boletus mushroom and pork stir fry】

Recently I have gotten an amazing 【Ropot automatic cooker】, it has Stir fry, Sauté, Pan fry, stew, braise and Deep fry functions, one button finishes cooking, cooking fume free and healthy cooking! Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 275 pork loin, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tbsp cold water, ¼ tsp salt;
2) 175g Chinese celery;
3) 30g sliced and dried boletus mushroom;
4) 2 tsp Avocado oil or other cooking oil, 1 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion;
5) 1 tbsp Premium oyster sauce, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, ¼ tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar;
6) ½ tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Ahead of time soak mushrooms (Picture 1) in cold water until soft, wash and drain (Picture 2). Remove white membrane on pork loin, rinse with water and cut into thin (about 1 mm) slices. Add all rest ingredients of Ingredient 1) and massage the meat with your fingers for 2-3 minutes (Picture 3), set aside. Remove leafs of celery, wash with water and drain. Cut celery into 5 cm long pieces, set aside.
2: Power up the 【RoPot cooker】, press Power button. Add 2 tbsp Avocado oil, chopped green onion and minced garlic in the cooker (Picture 4). Close the cover, press Function to select Manual and decrease time to 60 seconds by press the – sign.
3: When 60 seconds Manual program ends, open the lid, add evenly pork meat to the cooker, then add mushrooms, celery and all ingredients of Ingredient 5), close the lid (Picture 5).
4: Press Function to select Stir fry program. After 3 minutes when the program ends, open the lid and add ½ tsp sesame oil (Picture 6), close the lid. Press the Toss button.
5: When the Toss program ends (15 seconds), open the lid and remove the pot and transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed rice.
