A tasty and quick pan fried pork tender loin dish, you family will love it. This is one of my family favorite dishes.

Cook time: 7-8 minutes

Serves: 6 servings

Ingredients:

1) 1 pork tenderloin (600g);
2) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee chill bean sauce, 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp lakanto sugar, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1.5 tsp Monk fruit sweetener, 1 tsp sesame oil;
3) 2/3 cup whole wheat flour;
4) 1.5 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil.

Directions:
1: Remove white membrane on pork tender loin, rinse and pat dry. Cut into 0.8 cm thick pieces (Picture 1). Place meat in a bowl and add all ingredients of Ingredient 2), mix well and set aside for 30 min.
2: Add 2/3 whole wheat flour (Picture 2), gentle mix to coat meat with flour. A non-stick pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil. Shake off excess flour and arrange the pork slices in the pan (Picture 3).

3: Pan fry the pork chop until one side is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Trun over (Picture 4), add 0.5 tbsp oik, cook the other side until golden brown about 3-4 minutes.
4: Transfer to a serving plate and serve with some steamed brown rice. Very delicious, meat is so tender.
