芝麻酥饼
芝麻酥饼 作者:毛毛妈 用料: 1:牛油(Butter)1/2杯,室温回软。 2:中筋面1杯 (All purpose flour),盐1/4茶匙,泡打粉(Baking Powder)1/3茶匙拌匀,过筛备用。 3:白糖1/2杯,蛋白半个,香草香精(Vanilla extract)1/2茶匙,香油1茶匙。 4:1/2杯熟芝麻。 做法: 牛油用搅拌器低中速打2分钟到发,接着分两次加入白糖1/4杯再打2分钟。然后加入剩余的3料,低中速打匀。接着将2料分三次加入,打匀即可(图A)。盖上保鲜膜冰箱冷藏1小时。取出面团,然后取小块揉成直径1.5厘米的圆球,放入熟芝麻里裹上芝麻(图B),再轻揉两下放入烤盘。每个球之间留些空隙,做好所有的芝麻球(图C)。 接着用一平底玻璃杯将芝麻球压扁成厚0.3厘米的圆饼(图D)。将烤盘放入预热至375F/190oC的烤箱内,烤8-10分钟。冷凉即可食用,一次吃不完放密闭盒保存几天都行。 又酥又香,你也吃两块吧。 You might also like:【Honeycomb Bread】【蜂蜜小面包】White Wood Ear and Pear Soup 银耳雪梨羹银耳雪梨羹 White Wood Ear and Pear SoupPotato shrimp and corn pancake … Continue reading
