芝麻里脊棒
芝麻里脊棒 by 毛毛妈 Farm Boy 的里脊肉On Sale 买了些回来。很喜欢这个芝麻里脊,咸中带甜很有嚼头,毛毛也喜欢。 用料: 1:里脊肉(Pork Center Lion)500克,洗净沥水备用。 2:盐1/3茶匙,绍酒1大匙,金兰老抽1大匙。 3:橄榄油2大匙,姜片3-4茶匙,花椒粉1/3茶匙,八角1粒,丁香2粒,番茄酱(Ketchup)1大匙,水3大匙,糖1大匙。 4:辣椒油1茶匙,香油1茶匙。 5:生芝麻1大匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。 做法: 里脊肉切长7厘米0.4厘米厚的粗丝,然后放入所有2料,用手抓捏均匀腌20分钟(图A)。生芝麻小火炒(图B)香备用。 不沾锅,置炉上开大火,加入橄榄油2大匙,接着放入里脊肉翻炒,(图C),炒至无水汽外面焦香(图D)。然后放入姜片,花椒粉,八角和丁香炒香(图E),接着放入剩余3料兜匀(图F),调中火,炒至汁浓将干(图G),关火后放入辣椒油和香油兜匀,盛出里脊肉,然后拌上炒好的芝麻即可。 You might also like:葱油金针菇Enoki and carrots salad葱油金针菇Enoki and carrots salad抹茶马卡龙Green Tea Macarons抹茶马卡龙Green Tea … Continue reading
