无油无面粉低卡之—【果酱杏仁酥】 by 毛毛妈 在Canadian Living 的酥饼书中看到这个Macaroon Jam Slices很棒。是一款低卡,无油,无面粉的酥饼,喜欢的可以试试。 用料: 1:蛋白1个,1/4茶匙,白醋,糖粉1/2杯,香草香精(Vanilla Extract)1/2茶匙。 2:杏仁粉(Ground Almonds)1又3/4杯(留2大匙做手粉),同泡打粉1/4茶匙拌匀。 3:草莓果酱1/3杯. 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。1杯=240毫升。以上量做18个果酱杏仁酥。 做法: 蛋白放入无水无油干净盆里(图A),加白醋用搅拌器高速打几分钟(图B),然后分三次加入1/3杯糖粉(剩余的糖粉留作手粉)(图C),再打到蛋白挺发可以挂在搅拌器上。 然后放入香草香精,及拌上泡打粉的杏仁粉(图D),用橡皮刀拌匀(图A)。将2大匙杏仁粉同剩余的糖粉拌匀,撒些在案板上,蛋白杏仁粉分两份,捏成两个球状(图F)。分别揉捏成25厘米的长条(图G),放入铺了烤盘纸的烤盘里,用手指将中间压扁成凹槽状(图H)。 放入预热至300F/150oC的烤箱内,烤10分钟,拿出来将草莓酱均匀放入凹槽里(图I),再放入烤箱里烤12-15分钟。冷5分钟,切2厘米斜块即可。 You might also like:【千层萝卜丝饼】Banana Chiffon Cake【香蕉戚风蛋糕】素馅青团Qingtuan-Artemisia argyi Glutinous rice dumpling素馅青团Qingtuan-Artemisia …卤肉酥饼Braised Pork Pancake卤肉酥饼Braised Pork Pancake
