小笼汤包
小笼汤包 作者:毛毛妈 买不到肉皮,俺也要吃汤包! 用料: 1:瘦猪肉馅150克(Costco买的,extra lean ground pork)。 2:葱花2大匙,姜末1茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,糖1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,香油1大匙,水1大匙,绍酒1大匙,鸡粉1/2茶匙。 3:排骨汤2.5杯,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,吉利丁(Gelatin)4茶匙。 4:中筋面粉2杯,水3/4杯,菜油2茶匙。 做法: 在国外买肉皮不是很容易,先来看看这个简易肉皮冻的做法。锅里放2.5杯排骨汤和所有3料拌匀,置炉上开大火,煮滚冷凉冰箱冷藏3-4小时就是肉皮冻了。 面粉加水和成软面团,加油2茶匙揉光滑,保湿醒40分钟。接着将所有1和2料放一盆里,然后用筷子搅上劲,再拌入切碎的肉皮冻成馅。 将面团分成36小份,每份赶成直径10厘米薄饼,放1.5大匙馅料,包成包子,放入铺了湿布的蒸锅内,开水大火蒸9分钟即可。 咬一口,看看汁多不多。 You might also like:不去昆明在家吃【破酥包子】【Chinese Steamed Scallion Rolls】不一样的【葱油花卷】Firm bean curd in savory garlic sauce 凉拌豆干凉拌豆干 Firm bean curd in savory gar…菌菇粉丝馅酥饼Mushroom pockets菌菇粉丝馅酥饼Mushroom pockets
