酸菜蛋黄豆腐羹
酸菜蛋黄豆腐羹 by 毛毛妈 非常鲜美,俺一下喝了2碗。 用料: 1:豆腐3块425克,洗净切小丁。 2:鸡胸肉75克(可以不用),洗净切丝,加盐1/8茶匙,生粉1茶匙,水2大匙,拌匀腌20分钟。 3:酸菜50克,冲洗后切小丁;咸鸡蛋黄2个。 4:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙,姜末1/2茶匙。 5:自制清鸡汤4杯(没加盐,可用小母鸡来做,Cornish hen),白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,盐2/3茶匙。 6:生粉2.5大匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油1茶匙,葱花1大匙。 做法: 蛋黄(图A)放小碗入锅大火蒸10分钟,然后压碎备用。不沾锅,加橄榄油1大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入葱花1大匙,姜末炒香 (图B),然后放入酸菜丁(图C)翻炒几下。接着依次放入5料,及豆腐丁(图D),煮滚煮2分钟。 然后放入鸡丝搅散(图E),淋下生粉水,香油兜匀,撒上葱花和蛋黄碎(图F)出锅。 You might also like:儿时回忆-油盒子【酥皮红豆蛋挞】【Honeycomb Bread】【蜂蜜小面包】高压锅版-鲜虾酿豆腐Shrimp Stuffed Tofu高压锅版-鲜虾酿豆腐Shrimp Stuffed Tofu
