豉蒜粉丝蒸带子
豉蒜粉丝蒸带子 by 毛毛妈 很鲜美,带子嫩滑,又简便快速,上班主妇会喜欢的菜式。 用料: 1:大带子350克,新鲜冰冻都行,冲洗干净沥水备用; 2:粉丝一小包(37.5克); 3:橄榄油或其他素油1.5大匙,原味豆豉1大匙斩蓉,蒜瓣7粒去皮洗净斩蓉; 4:水3大匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大1匙,糖1/4茶匙; 5:葱花1大匙。 做法: 1、粉丝一小包开水泡发(图1)沥水后,放到一浅盘子里,然后将带子放在上面(图2)。 2、不粘锅,置炉上开大中火,放入3料里油,油热后放入豆豉和一半的蒜蓉(图3)炒香至蒜蓉微黄,关火。 3、然后放入剩余3料和所有4料拌匀成汁(图4),将豉蒜汁均匀倒在带子粉丝上(图5),入水已滚的蒸锅里(图6),大火蒸6分钟,然后撒上葱花就可上桌啦。 You might also like:Firm bean curd in savory garlic sauce 凉拌豆干凉拌豆干 Firm bean curd in savory gar…酒酿芋头丸子Fermented sweet rice and taro balls酒酿芋头丸子Fermented sweet rice and … Continue reading
