酥炸带子
酥炸带子 by 毛毛妈 儿子馋油炸的东西了,虽然不是很健康,偶一为之还是可以的。这个酥炸带子外皮非常香酥,里面的带子很嫩滑,非常受欢。 用料: 1:冰冻大带子,冰箱里解冻洗净,沥水备用; 2:盐1/3茶匙,黑胡椒1/6茶匙; 3:鸡蛋一只,水2大匙,生粉2大匙,面粉2.5大匙; 4:日式面包糠3/4杯(图); 5:玉米油或菜籽油1.5杯。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、带子(图1)拌上调味料2料(图2),拌匀备用。 2、鸡蛋一只打散加2料里的水拌匀(图3),然后放入剩余3料(图4),用叉子搅拌均匀至无面粉颗粒(图5),静置15分钟。 3、中号锅放1.5杯玉米油或菜籽油,置炉上开大中火,烧热油。 4、将带子放入蛋面糊里挂层薄糊,然后放入面包糠里(图6)均匀沾上一层面包糠,放入热油锅里(图8),炸至金黄,捞起沥油,趁热食用。 You might also like:Braised chicken and Chinese yam in soy sauce 山药鸡块山药鸡块 Braised chicken and C…Firm bean curd in savory garlic … Continue reading
