香酥芋虾球
香酥芋虾球 by 毛毛妈 这个炸芋头虾球,外皮酥酥,虾肉嫩芋头糯,炸好后趁热,很好吃。 用料: 1:冰冻带壳白虾545克,去肠去壳洗净沥水切小小粒. 2:葱花2大匙,姜末1茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,生粉1大匙,鸡蛋1只,香油1茶匙。 3:芋头200克,去皮洗净。 4:中筋面粉1杯。 5:玉米油适量。 做法: 芋头切3厘米长宽和高1厘米的条共取16个,(多余的边角料可以用来煮稀饭),平铺于一玻璃盘里加2大匙水(图A)微波炉里叮2.5分钟至8成熟(图B)冷凉待用。将切好的虾肉(图D)加上所有2料的调料放一小盆里(图E),用双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至馅上劲有些粘稠(图F)。 中号锅放大半锅油,中火(电炉6)烧热油,用勺舀出大约1.5大匙的虾肉放左手掌上,然后放入一块芋头条,用勺子帮忙,将虾肉覆盖在芋头条上(这一部比较Messy),将芋虾球坯放入面粉里(图G)用勺子帮忙,将面粉均匀覆盖在芋虾球坯上,用勺子帮助整形,然后捞起芋虾球坯,放入热油里炸至金黄(图H)即可捞出沥油,趁热食用。 很好味道。 You might also like:不去昆明在家吃【破酥包子】Braised fish in savory soy sauce 红烧鱼尾红烧鱼尾 Braised fish in savory soy sauce松茸炒三文鱼Matsutake mushroom and salmon fish stir fry松茸炒三文鱼Matsutake mushroom … Continue reading
