红烧银立
红烧银立 by 毛毛妈 最近爱上这种银立鱼(Sea Bream),是海鱼刺少,肉也比较嫩,很鲜美。 用料: 1:银立鱼1条500克,洗净沥水备用,盐1/4茶匙。 2:绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,糖1.5茶匙,金兰老抽1大匙,水1杯,胡椒粉1/8茶匙。 3:橄榄油2大匙,葱1根切段,姜片4-5片,蒜茸2茶匙。 做法: 银立长的是这样(图A),用刀在鱼身上切几道浅口,用盐1/4茶匙均匀涂抹鱼身,盐15分钟。不沾锅放橄榄油2.5大匙,置炉上开大中火。 用毛巾纸擦干鱼,放入锅里(图B)煎至两面微焦香(图C)。放入葱段,姜片和蒜茸煎香(图D),喷入绍酒及剩余2料煮至滚(图E),开小火焖煮5分钟,翻一面再煮5分钟,即可盛出。撒上葱丝装饰。 You might also like:【酥皮鲜肉月饼】【酥皮红豆蛋挞】蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wingsAirGo之肉末茄子eggplant and minced porkAirGo之肉末茄子eggplant and minced pork
