蟹味鱼片
蟹味鱼片 by 毛毛妈 这个方子是网友Linda 妹妹提供的,非常感谢。鱼片嫩滑,蘸着姜醋汁吃,几乎和大闸蟹的味道一样。 用料: 1:龙利鱼片300克,洗净沥水。 2:盐1/3茶匙,姜片4片,绍酒2大匙,柠檬汁1茶匙(或白醋)。 3:生粉1大匙。 4:姜末1大匙,镇江香醋1大匙,万字牌生抽1大匙,糖1茶匙,冷开水1大匙。 5:葱丝少许装饰。 做法: 鱼片切块放入所有2料(图A),拌匀腌15分钟(图B)。拣去姜片,腌好的鱼片加生粉1(图C),拌匀(图D)。然后放入盘中(图E),入笼大火蒸5分钟(图F),蒸好后的鱼片(图G),换到干净盘里,上面放点葱丝。 蒸鱼的空当,做蘸汁。姜末(图H),加上剩余的4料拌匀(图I)成汁。吃的时候鱼片蘸姜醋汁吃。 蟹味真浓,又健康。 You might also like:Stem Lettuce stir fry 金钩莴笋金钩莴笋 Stem Lettuce stir fryGreen pepper and beancurd stir fry 青椒炒素鹅青椒炒素鹅 Green pepper and beancurd sti…高压锅版-鲜虾酿豆腐Shrimp … Continue reading
