【炒芙蓉蟹腿】 by 毛毛妈 买菜看到Alaska的King Crab Legs 便宜,买了包回来,晚餐做了炒芙蓉蟹腿,毛毛很爱吃。 用料: 1:帝王蟹腿一包550克,面粉3大匙。 2:橄榄油2大匙,葱花1大匙。 3:绍酒1大匙,番茄酱(Ketchup)1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,糖2茶匙,水1/3杯。 4:鸡蛋两只打散。 5:葱花2大匙,香油1茶匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 帝王蟹腿洗净斩小块(图A),沥水后,放入一塑料袋里,加面粉3大匙,封口抖匀。 不粘锅,置炉上开大火,放橄榄油2大匙,炒香一大匙葱花,然后放入蟹腿块(图C),煎炒至焦香。 一次加入3料(图D),煮滚。调小火焖2分钟,然后调大中火,放入打散蛋液(图E),翻炒均匀,最后放入葱花和香油(图F),兜匀出锅。 You might also like:White Wood Ear and Pear Soup 银耳雪梨羹银耳雪梨羹 White Wood Ear and Pear Soup桔子汤圆Glutinous Rice Ball … Continue reading
