【葱姜虾】
【葱姜虾】by 毛毛妈 很快就能上桌的菜,如果那天忘记提前准备荤菜,下班后冰冻箱里拿出包虾,放半池子水,放入冰冻的虾,泡几分钟,就解冻了,再来5分钟,这盘葱姜虾就可以上桌了,我们家毛毛也很喜欢这个菜呢。 用料: 1:冰冻带壳开背白虾1包600克,去肠洗净沥水备用。 2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱1条洗净切段,蒜蓉1大匙,姜一小块切丝; 3:绍酒1大匙,水1.5大匙,生抽酱油1大匙(我喜欢万字牌酱油),镇江香醋0.5茶匙,糖1茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙; 4: 香油1茶匙。 做法: 1、我很喜欢白虾,肉质比较嫩(图1)。不粘锅,置炉上开大中火,放1.5大匙橄榄油,下剩余2料炒香(图2)。 2、接着放入白虾翻炒半分钟,依次放入剩余3料炒至虾变红(图3)刚熟,大约2分钟。 3、最后放入香油兜匀,即可出锅。 You might also like:【紫薯广式月饼】Braised fish in savory soy sauce 红烧鱼尾红烧鱼尾 Braised fish in savory soy sauce枫糖浆鸡翼Braised chicken wings in maple syrup sauce枫糖浆鸡翼Braised chicken wings i…笋尖烧排骨Braised Pork … Continue reading
