栗米鱼粒
栗米鱼粒 by 毛毛妈 鱼肉滑嫩,鲜香味美。 用料: 1:龙利鱼片250克,洗净沥水。 2:盐1/3茶匙,生粉1大匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,香油1茶匙,水1.5大匙。 3:冰冻玉米粒1杯,冰冻青豆1/2杯。 4:橄榄油或菜籽油3大匙。 5:姜末1茶匙,葱花1大匙,盐1/3茶匙,糖1/3茶匙,红辣椒粒1大匙。 6:生粉1茶匙加水1大匙拌匀,鸡粉1/4茶匙(可以不用),香油1茶匙。 做法: 鱼片切小粒(图A),放入所有2料拌匀(图B),腌20分钟。冰冻玉米青豆微波炉里转2分钟备用(图C)。 不沾锅,置炉上开大中火,加2大匙油,放入鱼粒(图D)划散,超至8成熟捞出。原锅加1大匙油,大中火,放入姜末,葱花(图E)炒香,然后放入玉米青豆翻炒几下(图F),接着放入剩余的5料及炒好的鱼粒,兜炒均匀(图G),最后放入生粉水及剩余的6料兜匀(图H)出锅。 味道很好。 You might also like:【酥皮鲜肉月饼】【Dim Sum & Desserts 中式点心】 is released!毛毛妈厨房精选【中式点心】上架了White Wood Ear and Pear Soup 银耳雪梨羹银耳雪梨羹 White Wood Ear and Pear Soup葱肉烧饼Scallion meat … Continue reading
