香辣肚丝
香辣肚丝 by 毛毛妈 用料: 1:猪肚1个600克。 2:水5杯,葱切段 (2 根),姜切片(五片)。 3:橄榄油2茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙,姜蓉1茶匙,花椒粉1/3茶匙,水2大匙,盐2/3茶匙,老干妈油辣椒1大匙,镇江香醋2茶匙,糖1茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,香油2茶匙。 4:香菜3棵洗净,切小粒。 做法: 猪肚用碱揉擦洗净后,放入高压锅内,放入水葱段,姜片(图A),盖上盖。置炉上开大火(图B),煮至上气,调中小火压25分钟。冷5分钟,打开高压锅盖。没有高压锅的话,平常的锅煮滚后调小火焖煮1小时30分钟。捞出煮好的肚子,放入保鲜盒冰箱冰几小时。 取猪肚切细丝(图C)备用。不沾锅放橄榄油2茶匙,置炉上开中火,炒香蒜蓉姜蓉和花椒粉(图D),关火后趁热依次放下剩余3料和4料拌匀(图E),然后放人肚丝拌匀即可(图F)。 You might also like:儿时回忆-油盒子【酥皮蛋挞】【紫薯广式月饼】绿茶蛋卷Matcha biscuit roll绿茶蛋卷Matcha biscuit roll
