陈皮牛肉
陈皮牛肉 by 毛毛妈 买的是Flank steak 的牛腩排的牛肉,瘦且嫩,你也可以用其他的部位。为了节省时间,用高压锅压的,味道很棒,毛毛很喜欢。 用料: 1:牛腩肉1000克。 2:橄榄油或其他素油1.5大匙,陈皮3-4小块(7块),八角1-2粒,葱2条洗净切段,姜1小块10克去皮切片。 3:绍酒1.5大匙,万字牌生抽酱油(Kikkoman soy sauce)2大匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,糖1.5大匙,盐1/4茶匙,水6大匙。 做法: 清水里泡1-2小时去掉血水,然后洗干净沥水,切小块。大汤锅放半锅水,置炉上开火煮滚,下牛肉块煮1-2分钟,沥水洗净备用。陈皮用的是块状的(图1)。不粘锅置炉上开大火,放入2料里的油,炒香陈皮和八角(图1)后下葱段和姜片,接着放入牛肉块,翻炒(图3)几下。 然后依次放入3料(图4)炒匀离火。转入高压锅内(图5),置炉上开大火,上汽后调中小火,压40分钟,冷10分钟后,放气打开锅,就可以开吃了,毛毛也非常喜欢。 爱心分享: 如果没有高压锅,4料的水要多加1杯,然后盖盖,小火焖煮2.5小时。 You might also like:【Dim Sum & Desserts】Chinese version is released!【中式点心】电子书上架了!White Wood Ear and Pear Soup 银耳雪梨羹银耳雪梨羹 White Wood Ear and Pear Soup抹茶马卡龙Green Tea … Continue reading
