西红柿烧牛肉
西红柿烧牛肉 by 毛毛妈 买的是Flank steak 的牛腩排的牛肉,瘦且嫩,你也可以用其他的部位。为了节省时间,用高压锅压的,味道很棒,毛毛很喜欢。 用料: 1:牛腩肉1000克。 2:橄榄油或其他素油1大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜1小块10克去皮切片。 3:橄榄油或其他素油1大匙,中号西红柿2个(300克)洗净切小丁,西红柿酱(Ketchup)1.5大匙。 4:绍酒1.5大匙,万字牌生抽酱油(Kikkoman soy sauce)2大匙,金兰老抽酱油2大匙,糖1.5大匙,盐1/2茶匙,水4大匙。 做法: 清水里泡1-2小时去掉血水(图A),然后洗干净沥水,切小块。不粘锅置炉上开大火,放入2料里的油,炒香葱段和姜片(图B),放入牛肉块,翻炒(图C)至肉变色,有许多血末,离火沥水冲洗干净(图D)备用。 原锅置炉上开大火,放入3料里的油,放入西红柿丁及西红柿酱(图E)炒1-2分钟,西红柿酱用的是这个(图F)。老抽酱油我喜欢用金兰的(图G),接着放入牛肉及所有4料(图H)炒匀离火。 转入高压锅内,置炉上开大火,上汽后调中小火,压40分钟,冷10分钟后,放气打开锅(图I),就可以开吃了,毛毛非常喜欢。 爱心分享: 1.如果没有高压锅,4料的水要多加1杯,然后盖盖,小火焖煮2.5小时。 You might also like:儿时回忆-油盒子【绿豆椪】蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings菊花茶Chrysanthemum tea菊花茶Chrysanthemum tea
