百花酿银萝
百花酿银萝 作者:毛毛妈 用料: 1:冰冻带壳虾225克,去肠去壳洗净沥水切小粒。 2:香菜1颗,洗净沥水切小粒。 3:盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉1大匙,水2大匙。 4:萝卜1条500克,去皮切1.5厘米厚片。 5:虾米干1大匙,用水泡软,洗净切细粒。 6:万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,糖1茶匙,水1/2杯。 7:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油1大匙。 8:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙。 做法: 将所有的1,2,和3料放到一小碗里搅拌均匀成馅。将萝卜厚片放入半锅盐水(加盐1茶匙)里煮15分钟,沥水冲冷水。用梅花模具将萝卜片切成花状,用刀挖掉中间的萝卜。将虾馅均匀的酿到挖掉中间的萝卜块上,摆盘上,入笼大火蒸6分钟。将蒸好的百花酿银萝换到另一个干净盘子上。 炒锅放橄榄油1大匙置炉上开大中火,放入葱花和虾米粒炒香,倒入所有的6料煮滚,下7料煮成芡汁淋到蒸好的百花酿银萝即可。 You might also like:【Dim Sum & Desserts】Chinese version is released!【中式点心】电子书上架了!【Dim Sum & Desserts 中式点心】 is released!毛毛妈厨房精选【中式点心】上架了Begonia Blossom Shaped Shrimp Puff Pastry 鲜香海棠酥鲜香海棠酥 … Continue reading
