糖醋茄盒
糖醋茄盒 作者:毛毛妈 用料: 1:小紫茄子两根300克,洗净去蒂备用。 2:精瘦猪肉馅150克(Costco, extra lean ground pork),葱花1大匙,姜末1/2茶匙。 3:盐1/3茶匙,鸡蛋清1只,生粉1大匙,鸡精1/8茶匙,绍酒2茶匙,香油1茶匙,水3大匙。 4:中筋面粉3大匙,生粉2大匙,盐1/3茶匙,蛋黄1个,加水3大匙拌匀成稀面糊。 5:菜籽油4大匙。 6:水1/3杯,糖3大匙,镇江香醋2大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙, 7:生粉1茶匙,水2大匙拌匀,香油2茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙。 8:葱花1大匙。 做法: 将2和3料放一盆内,用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至馅上劲。茄子斜切0.5厘米的厚片,然后中间切一刀连皮不断。放1.5茶匙馅料到茄盒中间。不粘煎锅置炉上开大中火,放入菜籽油2大匙烧热。将一半茄盒子在4料拌的蛋面糊里薄薄地挂层糊,放入锅中煎至两面黄盛出。如上煎好所有茄盒。弃去油洗净锅置炉上开中火,放入6料煮滚,然后淋下7料拌匀煮成芡汁,倒入煎好的茄盒兜匀,撒上葱花即可出锅。 You might also like:Soft and Moist Coconut Buns香甜松软-【汤种椰蓉包】【酥皮红豆蛋挞】Braised fish in savory soy sauce 红烧鱼尾红烧鱼尾 Braised fish in savory soy … Continue reading
