蟹肉萝卜丸子
蟹肉萝卜丸子 by 毛毛妈 用料: 1:罐头蟹肉1盒120克,沥汁备用 2:白萝卜400克,去皮洗净,切细粒,加盐1茶匙拌匀腌半小时,用手抓捏一下。 3:葱花6大匙,姜末2茶匙,香油1大匙,素易鲜1/2茶匙(可省),白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,十三香炒菜粉1/3茶匙。 4:鸡蛋1个。 5:黄豆面1/4杯,全豆面(Whole Bean Flour)1/4杯,中筋面1/2杯 (All purpose flour)。 6:玉米油4杯。 做法: 将1-5料放到一小盆里搅拌均匀成较稠的馅。 中号锅内放4杯玉米油置炉上开大中火(电炉放7)烧热。左手沾上点油(这样馅不沾手),用一汤勺沾下油取一份蟹肉萝卜丸子馅,反复在左手掌和勺之间搓成直径1.5厘米丸子后入锅内,如此做好剩余的丸子炸成金黄捞出沥油,即可食用。 很好吃。 You might also like:儿时回忆-油盒子White Wood Ear and Pear Soup 银耳雪梨羹银耳雪梨羹 White Wood Ear and Pear SoupStem Lettuce stir fry 金钩莴笋金钩莴笋 … Continue reading
