虾仁扒白菜
虾仁扒白菜 by 毛毛妈 清淡又鲜美。 用料: 1:虾400克,去壳洗净沥水。 2:盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,生粉2茶匙,香油1茶匙,拌匀腌20分钟备用。 3:大白菜300克。 4:鸡汤1.25杯,盐1/2茶匙。 5:橄榄油2.5大匙,葱1根洗净沥水切段,姜片4片。 6:生粉2茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,鸡粉1/4茶匙(可以不用),香油1茶匙。 做法: 虾仁加盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,生粉2茶匙,香油1茶匙(图A),拌匀腌20分钟(图B)。大白菜洗净切段(图C)。不沾锅,加橄榄油2.5大匙,置炉上开大中火。放入葱段和姜片(图C),炒至焦黄(图D),捞出葱段和姜片弃去不用,接着下白菜块(图E)翻炒半分钟,然后加入4料,煮滚(图F),调中小火,盖盖焖煮15分钟。 调大中火,放入腌好的虾仁(图G),炒至虾仁变红,然后放入生粉水(图H)及剩余6料,都匀煮滚出锅。 You might also like:肉松蛋糕卷【绿豆椪】蚂蚁上树Vermicelli and ground pork stir fry in chilly bean paste sauce蚂蚁上树Vermi…糖醋肉丁Sweet and sour pork stir fry糖醋肉丁Sweet and sour pork stir … Continue reading
