蒜蓉瓜丝
蒜蓉瓜丝 by 毛毛妈 买菜看到有莴笋卖,要五块多一磅,还不是很新鲜。冰箱里还有买的合掌瓜,便宜又新鲜,拿来凉拌,脆脆的很好吃,不输给莴笋哩。 用料: 1:合掌瓜(Chayote squash)3个850克,去皮去核切丝备用。 2:盐3/4茶匙。 3:镇江香醋2茶匙,鸡精1/3茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,香油1大匙匙。 4:橄榄油2茶匙,蒜末1大匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。 做法: 合掌瓜是这个某样(图A),大锅内放大半锅水烧开,放入合掌瓜丝,搅散后立刻沥去水且冲冷水沥水(图B)。 接着拌入盐3/4茶匙腌15分钟,挤去多余的水。小号不沾锅,置炉上开大火,放入入橄榄油2大匙,炒香蒜蓉(图C),倒入合掌瓜丝里,同时放入所有3料(图D),拌匀即可食用,脆生生,很好吃。 You might also like:Firm bean curd in savory garlic sauce 凉拌豆干凉拌豆干 Firm bean curd in savory gar…葱油金针菇Enoki and carrots salad葱油金针菇Enoki and carrots salad松茸炒三文鱼Matsutake … Continue reading
