黄瓜筒
黄瓜筒 by 毛毛妈 小黄瓜很天脆,加上香菇肉糜做心,夏季很好的一个菜。 用料: 1:瘦猪肉馅100克(extra lean ground pork)。 2:金兰老抽酱油2茶匙,水1大匙,香油1茶匙,生粉2大匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙。 3:香菇4朵水泡发洗净备用。冰冻玉米粒1.5大匙,冰冻青豆1.5大匙。 4:小黄瓜6根625克,去皮洗净备用。 5:橄榄油1大匙,蚝油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,水2大匙,葱花1茶匙。 6:金兰酱油膏2茶匙。 做法: 将肉馅和调味料2放一盆里(图A),然后用筷子搅拌均匀(图B)。香菇切丁(图C)。不粘锅,放入橄榄油1大匙,置炉上大中火,放入香菇丁翻炒几下(图D)。 接着放入肉馅炒散(图E),然后放入玉米粒及冰冻青豆及剩余的5料(图F),炒至汁浓出锅备用(图G)。小黄瓜切3厘米长的段,用小勺挖空(图H),填入炒好的香菇肉糜,装盘淋下些酱油膏即可食用(图I) You might also like:Stem Lettuce stir fry 金钩莴笋金钩莴笋 Stem Lettuce stir frySteamed buns with mug bean filling 绿豆沙包绿豆沙包 Steamed buns … Continue reading
