香酥茄子
香酥茄子 作者:毛毛妈原创 用料: 1:长紫茄子500克,洗净切3厘米长的段备用 2:鸡蛋一只,面粉3/4杯,生粉1/4杯,盐1茶匙,十三香炒菜粉(或五香粉)1/3茶匙,水2/3杯。 3:玉米油4杯。 4:绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰老抽1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖2茶匙,水2大匙。 5:生粉2茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,鸡精1/4茶匙,香油2茶匙。 6:玉米油1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花2茶匙。 做法: 小盆里将鸡蛋一只打散,接着加入所有剩余的2料搅拌均匀成糊。 大炒锅内放玉米油4杯置炉上,开大中火烧热,将茄子段裹上面蛋糊入油锅里炸倒金黄捞出沥油。(这样也可以吃了,但裹上下面的蒜香汁会更棒。) 炸油弃去,炒锅洗净后加玉米油1大匙置炉上开大中火,放入蒜蓉炒香后下4料煮滚后倒入所有5料炒匀,接着倒入炸好的茄子段兜匀出锅。 非常好吃。 You might also like:不去昆明在家吃【破酥包子】Soft and Moist Coconut Buns香甜松软-【汤种椰蓉包】Chenpi Chicken Wings 陈皮鸡翅 陈皮鸡翅 Chenpi Chicken Wings蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings
