富贵白菜包
富贵白菜包 作者:毛毛妈 用料: 1:冰冻龙利或金狮斑球鱼柳(Sole fillet or Basa fillet)250克,洗净切小丁。 2:香菇4个,水泡软,洗净切丁。 3:盐2/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉2茶匙,葱花1大匙,姜末1茶匙,香油2茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙。 4:大白菜叶12片,韭菜几根洗净。 5:小胡萝卜6根,洗净切末。 6:水1/2杯,盐1/3茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙。 7:生粉1茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油2茶匙,葱花1茶匙。 做法: 将1,2和3料拌匀,搅拌上劲成馅料(图A)。大锅加8杯水置炉上开大火煮滚,放入大白菜叶烫软,过冷水河,沥水备用。韭菜也在开水中烫软冲冷水。 将白菜叶修成10厘米直径的圆片(图B)。取一片白菜叶,放十二分之一的馅料在中将,包成圆包用韭菜扎紧(图C),然后放上1茶匙胡萝卜末在顶端款。做好的富贵白菜包坯摆盘上,入笼大火蒸6分钟,关火焖3分钟。将蒸好的富贵白菜包换到一干净盘上。小煎锅放入6料置炉上开大火煮滚,下7料拌匀煮成芡汁淋到蒸好的富贵白菜包上即可。 You might also like:【绿豆椪】Chenpi Chicken Wings 陈皮鸡翅 陈皮鸡翅 Chenpi Chicken Wings高升牛肉Braised beef in vinegar soy sauce高升牛肉Braised beef … Continue reading
