蓝莓玛芬–Blueberry Muffins
蓝莓玛芬–Blueberry Muffins 作者:毛毛妈 别看蓝莓很小粒,它的好处还真不少。蓝莓有很好的抗氧化能力从而可以抗老化及预防疾病。多吃蓝莓可以保持皮肤的光滑及弹性,可以预防血栓发生,对于降低血压也有帮助。蓝苺中的单宁酸还可以抗菌、抗病毒。 玛芬是甜点中比较容易做的,关键是在把干料与湿料混合时不能过度搅拌。从健康角度,我用了玉米油代替了牛油,蓝莓玛芬用来做早餐很不错噢。有兴趣的JM们不妨试试。 用料: 1:鸡蛋1个,牛奶1杯,玉米油1/3杯,白糖2/3杯,香草香精(Vanilla extract)1茶匙。 2:中筋面粉2 又1/4杯 (All purpose flour),加1茶匙泡打粉(Baking Powder)和1/2茶匙小苏打(Baking Soda)充分拌匀。 3:新鲜或冰冻蓝莓(Blueberry)1杯,这次用了冰冻野蓝莓。 4:红糖(Brown Sugar)2大匙。 做法: 取一盆打入鸡蛋,用叉子打散(图A),接着放入牛奶,玉米油,白糖和香草香精用木勺搅匀(图B)。接着将所有的2料和蓝莓(图C)倒入盛湿料的盆里,用木勺拌匀。不要过分搅拌,有些小颗粒也没关系(图D)。 将拌好的面糊分放到12个玛芬烤杯里,上面撒上些红糖。爱吃肉桂(Cinnamon)味的可拌上1/4茶匙的肉桂粉到红糖里。 将盛着玛芬的烤盘放入预热至400F/200摄氏的烤箱内,烤20-25分钟即成。各家的烤箱不同,注意温度及时间。 看看每个蓝莓玛芬都是高高的鼓起来,说明成功了。 掰开看看。 非常松软~~ You might also like:【Dim Sum & Desserts 中式点心】 is released!毛毛妈厨房精选【中式点心】上架了Begonia Blossom … Continue reading
