松仁芝麻松饼
松仁芝麻松饼 by 毛毛妈 Pancake里,我最喜欢蓝莓松饼,这次放了松仁芝麻,真是松香满齿,好味道。 用料: 1:低筋面粉(Cake flour)1又1/2杯(直接重面袋里舀的),泡打粉(Baking Powder)2茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,糖4大匙,拌匀后过筛备用。 2:熟芝麻2大匙,熟松仁2大匙。 3:鸡蛋1个,牛奶260毫升,黄油(Butter)3大匙微薄熔化。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 一干净的盆分别放入1料,然后加入2料拌匀备用(图A)。另取一盆,放入鸡蛋,用电动搅拌器高速打半分钟,接着加牛奶和黄油打匀。然后将蛋奶液到入盛面粉的盆里,用搅拌器低速打匀(半分钟)成面糊(图B)。 不沾锅,置炉上开中火,可用软纸巾沾少量油,涂下锅的里面,等锅热放入3大匙松饼面糊,等大约1分钟煎黄,小心用锅铲翻转,煎黄另一面即可(大约30-45秒)。浇上枫糖浆即可食用。 You might also like:Braised chicken and Chinese yam in soy sauce 山药鸡块山药鸡块 Braised chicken and C…酒酿芋头丸子Fermented sweet rice and taro balls酒酿芋头丸子Fermented sweet … Continue reading
