巧克力布丁
巧克力布丁 by 毛毛妈 毛毛爸和毛毛都喜欢吃比利时产的纯黑巧克力,今天烤这个巧克力布丁时,真是好香,好好吃。 用料: 1:比利时纯黑巧克力115克,牛油(Butter)2大匙。 2:蛋黄2颗,香草香精(Vanilla Extract)1/2茶匙,白糖2大匙。 3:蛋白2个,白糖2大匙。 做法: 小锅盛半锅水,置炉上开中火,将不锈钢小盆放到水锅上面,放入巧克力和牛油(图A),隔热熔化(图B)离火。用两个干净无水的盆分别盛蛋白和蛋黄,蛋白用搅拌器高速打2分钟,加入白糖2大匙,打到硬挺(图C)。 盛蛋黄的盆加入糖和香草香精(图D),接着用搅拌器高速打1分钟,将蛋黄液倒入熔化的巧克力中(图E)拌匀。将先前打发的蛋白1/3放入蛋黄巧克力糊里(图F),用橡皮拌匀。然后将蛋黄巧克力糊到入打发的蛋白里(图G)用橡皮刀从上往下轻轻拌匀(图H)。面糊分别等量倒入4个115毫升的烤杯里(图I),烤杯放到烤盘上,放入预热至350F/175oC的烤箱内,烤25分钟。 趁热加勺冰激凌食用。 You might also like:【Honeycomb Bread】【蜂蜜小面包】Dinner Rolls with scallion and pork floss filling 葱香肉松面包卷葱香肉松面包卷 Dinner Rol…Braised fish in savory soy sauce 红烧鱼尾红烧鱼尾 … Continue reading
