【意式肉酱意面】
【意式肉酱意面】 by 毛毛妈 我们家毛毛从小就很喜欢意粉,今天他陪我去买菜,自己挑了全麦的意面,还建议我做些肉酱。自己做健康又好味,一次可以多做些,分袋装冰冻保存,随吃随取微波炉加热很方便,值得一试。 用料: 1:橄榄油2大匙,瘦牛肉馅(Extra lean ground beef)700克,建议买质量好的; 2:紫色洋葱一个454克,蒜瓣4粒切碎,啤酒3大匙,黑胡椒2/3茶匙,盐2茶匙,糖4茶匙,辣椒粉(Paprika)1茶匙,意大利综合调味料2茶匙(Costco有卖),香叶)Bay Leave)3片; 3:西红柿5个550克;西红柿酱(Tomato Sauce)1罐680毫升; 4:全麦或一般干意面150克(两人份); 5:Parmesan Cheese 少许。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、大号不粘锅,置炉上开大,放入2大匙橄榄油,后放入瘦牛肉馅(图1),不停翻炒至无水汽,肉糜焦香(图2)。 2、将紫洋葱(图3)切小粒及蒜蓉倒入肉馅锅里(图4),炒至洋葱软身,依次放入剩余2料炒匀。 3、西红柿用滚水烫1-2分钟(图5),沥水剥皮切小粒及3料的西红柿酱倒入锅内(图7),煮滚后调小火,焖煮3-4小时,间中搅拌几下即成肉酱。 4、中号饭锅放大半锅水,1茶匙盐和2茶匙素油,置炉上开大,水滚放4料意面(图8),煮滚调中火煮12-15分钟(图9)至断生,捞出面条分装到2个盘子里,浇上4-5大匙肉酱,再撒上少许Parmesan Cheese,就可开吃啦。 You might also like:儿时回忆-油盒子Steamed buns with mug bean filling 绿豆沙包绿豆沙包 Steamed buns … Continue reading
