香酥鸡腿
香酥鸡腿 作者:毛毛妈 用料: 1:鸡腿5个600克。 2:盐2茶匙,花椒1大匙,桂皮1小块。 3:绍酒1大匙,葱1条洗净切段,姜片3片。 4:面粉1/4杯,生粉1/4杯。 5:菜籽油3大匙。 做法: 小锅置炉上开中小火,放入2料炒至盐微黄备用。鸡腿洗净小心从上端用刀划开剔去骨头,注意不要弄破皮,将鸡腿肉翻转朝外然后加入炒好的花椒盐拌匀冰箱中腌一天。 将腌好的鸡腿用水冲去花椒粒,接着将鸡腿肉翻转过来皮朝外上盘加上3料,上笼大火蒸15分钟,冷凉待用。取一塑料袋放入面粉和生粉拌匀,然后放入蒸好的鸡腿肉,封紧袋口抖一抖。将裹了面粉的鸡腿肉抖掉多余的面粉后,放入煎锅煎成两面黄,捞出切块即可食用。喜欢口味重的可以配点炒好的椒盐。也可以用番茄酱做沾汁。 You might also like:【酥皮蛋挞】菌菇粉丝馅酥饼Mushroom pockets菌菇粉丝馅酥饼Mushroom pockets葱肉烧饼Scallion meat flatbread-Shaobing葱肉烧饼Scallion meat flatbread-Shaobing鸡肉生煎包Pan Fried Chicken Buns
