芝麻鸡排–English Follows 作者:毛毛妈 这个要推荐,肉质嫩滑咸甜适口,儿子特喜欢。 用料: 1:去皮去骨的鸡腿肉600克,洗净沥水,一切两块备用。 2:绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,糖1茶匙,生粉1大匙,香油1茶匙。 3:中筋面粉1/2杯,生粉1/2杯拌匀。 4:水1/2杯,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙。 5:生粉1.5茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油1茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙。 6:橄榄油4大匙,葱1条切段,熟芝麻1.5大匙。 做法: 将沥水的鸡腿肉加2拌匀冰箱腌过夜。煎锅加橄榄油3大匙,置炉上开大中火。取一塑料袋加入3料,放入几块淹好的鸡腿肉,封紧袋口抖一抖。将裹了面粉的鸡排抖掉多余的粉后,放入煎锅煎成两面黄捞出。原锅洗净置炉上开大中火,加油1大匙炒香葱段,放下所有4料煮滚,接着淋下生粉汁并放入5料中的香油和鸡精兜匀成芡汁,将鸡排倒回锅里,撒下芝麻兜匀出锅。 Sesame Chicken Fillet By Maomaomom (毛毛妈) Ingredients: 1: 600 grams boneless and skinless chicken thigh, rinse and pat dry, cut each … Continue reading
