榛蘑烧小鸡
榛蘑烧小鸡 by 毛毛妈 朋友给了一袋东北的野生榛蘑,千里迢迢东北带来的。本来想做个榛蘑烧小鸡,结果到Farm Boy 一看,小母鸡居然卖断档。看到无骨去皮的鸡腿肉在热销,就买了些来烧这个榛蘑。真是好吃下饭,可以带便当用。 用料: 1:无骨去皮鸡腿肉或小母鸡550克,洗净沥水切小块。 2:东北野生干榛蘑两小包50克,水泡发洗净沥水备用。 3:玉米油或菜籽油2大匙,糖1.5大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜片5片,丁香2粒,八角1粒,绍酒1大匙,万字生抽酱油2大匙,盐1/3茶匙,水1杯。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 不沾锅,置炉上开大火,加入橄榄油2大匙,放入糖(图A)炒到糖熔化(图B)有些起泡,接着放入鸡块翻炒(图C),炒至水汽蒸干。 放入葱段,姜片,丁香和八角炒香(图D),喷入绍酒及榛蘑翻炒均匀(图E),然后放入其余3料煮滚,调中火焖煮(图F)25分钟,调大中火收汁即可出锅。 You might also like:儿时回忆-油盒子Braised fish in savory soy sauce 红烧鱼尾红烧鱼尾 Braised fish in savory soy sauceGreen pepper … Continue reading
