棒棒鸡
棒棒鸡 by 毛毛妈 变个花样,做了棒棒鸡,挺好吃。 用料: 1:鸡腿800克,洗净沥水备用。 2:葱2根洗净切段,姜片5片,花椒粉1/2茶匙,水1500毫升,盐1茶匙。 3:芝麻酱1.5大匙,香油1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,白糖2茶匙,白开水或煮鸡的糖1大匙,辣椒油1大匙。 4:橄榄油2茶匙,葱花2茶匙,花椒粉1/3茶匙。 5:炒香芝麻1大匙,炒香花生米2大匙。 做法: 中号不粘锅,放入鸡腿和所有2料(图A),置炉上开大火,煮滚调小火微沸煮20分钟(图B),离火自然能却,将鸡放入一塑料袋里(图C),用擀面杖将鸡腿肉敲松。 拆下鸡肉撕成丝(图D)备用。小碗内先放入芝麻酱和香油1大匙调匀(图E),然后剩余3料拌匀。小号不粘锅,置炉上开中火,放入橄榄油炒香葱花和花椒粉(图F),将葱油花椒油倒入芝麻酱汁里拌匀备用(图G)。花生米放入一塑料袋里(图H),用擀面杖擀碎,将花生碎,芝麻放到鸡丝上,然后角上酱汁拌匀即可食用。 You might also like:Banana Chiffon Cake【香蕉戚风蛋糕】Begonia Blossom Shaped Shrimp Puff Pastry 鲜香海棠酥鲜香海棠酥 Begonia Blossom Shaped…Firm bean curd in savory garlic sauce … Continue reading
