【酱鸭】
【酱鸭】 by 毛毛妈 酱鸭带去爬梯,也是个受欢迎的菜。 用料: 1:嫩鸭半只1100克,洗净沥水备用; 2:老抽酱油1大匙,甜面酱1.5大匙; 3:油5大匙,葱1-2条洗净切段,姜3-4片,八角2粒,桂皮2小块; 4:生抽酱油2大匙, 老抽1大匙,绍酒1.5大匙,糖2大匙(最好用冰糖),盐1/2茶匙,水1.5杯; 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、半只鸭子(图1)用老抽酱油抹匀,然后再抹上甜面将,保湿冰箱腌过夜(图2)。 2、不粘锅加油3-4大匙,置炉上开中火,鸭子用纸巾擦干,皮朝下煎黄(图3),翻转一面再煎煎。如果不怕起油锅,可以将鸭子炸金黄更好。 3、捞出鸭子,洗净锅置炉上开大中火,放1大匙油炒香剩余3料(图4),然后放入所有4料煮滚,放入煎好的鸭子(图5),水滚后调小火焖煮35分钟。 4、然后调大中火收汁(图6)至浓稠。鸭子稍冷斩块就可以了。 You might also like:【千层萝卜丝饼】【桂花酒酿汤圆】Steamed buns with mug bean filling 绿豆沙包绿豆沙包 Steamed buns with mug bean fill…Braised daikon and dried shrimps 虾干烧萝卜虾干烧萝卜 Braised … Continue reading
