【干烧蹄筋】
【干烧蹄筋】 by 毛毛妈 蹄筋中含在丰富的胶原蛋白质,脂肪含量也比肥肉低,并且不含胆固醇。能增强细胞生理代谢,使皮肤更富有弹性和韧性,延缓皮肤的衰老。有强筋壮骨之功效,对腰膝酸软、身体瘦弱者有很好的食疗作用。有助于青少年生长发育和减缓中老年妇女骨质疏松的速度。 去超市买菜,LD看到牛蹄筋,想吃。用压力锅压了1小时,加料快速炒干,很好吃。 用料: 1:新鲜牛蹄筋(Beef Tendon)一包850克; 2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱1条洗净切段,姜3-4片,蒜2粒去皮切片; 3:料酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙, 老抽酱油1.5大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1大匙,黑醋 2茶匙; 4: 八角牌香油1茶匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、将冲洗干净的牛蹄筋放入电压力锅内胆里(图1),加水沫过蹄筋,盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档60分钟。 2、程序完成后冷15分钟,打开盖子,捞出煮好的蹄筋剪小块(图2)待用。不粘锅,橄榄油1.5大匙,置炉上开中大中火,下剩余2料炒香(图3),倒入小块蹄筋翻炒几下。 3、依次加入3料兜匀(图4),炒到汁浓,然后淋下4料里的香油,兜匀出锅。 You might also like:【桂花糯米藕】【卡士达超软八字面包】【蓝莓松饼】【Braised Potatoes】【干烧土豆片】
