【鱼香茄子】 by 毛毛妈 简单好吃可以带便当的菜。 用料: 1:紫长茄子3根320克; 2:猪绞肉100克加1茶匙油拌匀; 3:油4大匙,姜蓉2茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花1大匙,辣豆瓣酱1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,老抽1茶匙,镇江香醋2茶匙,糖1茶匙,盐1/3茶匙(盐可以不用,如果你的豆瓣酱非常咸的话),水1/3杯; 4:生粉1茶匙加水1.5大匙拌匀,葱花1茶匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、茄子去蒂切条冲洗沥水后,放入不粘锅里,加3大匙油拌匀,置炉上开大火,煎炒几分钟捞出茄子。 2、锅里加1大匙油,炒香姜蓉,蒜蓉和葱花,下豆瓣酱炒出红油,然后放入猪绞肉炒松至熟,然后放入剩余3料煮滚。 3、接着放入煎好的茄子,煮至汁浓,最后放入4料的生粉水拌匀,煮滚后放入葱花兜匀出锅即可。 You might also like:做出完美的–低脂轻乳酪蛋糕【桂花糯米藕】【酥皮红豆蛋挞】枫糖浆鸡翼Braised chicken wings in maple syrup sauce枫糖浆鸡翼Braised chicken wings i…
