【脆皮土豆芝士球】 by 毛毛妈 这个脆皮土豆芝士球是小朋友的最爱,我们家毛毛特喜欢芝士,尤其是陈芝士。这个脆皮土豆芝士球,他非常喜欢,吃了N多个。当然油炸的东西,还是偶尔为之。 用料: 1:土豆3个400克。 2:橄榄油2大匙,紫洋葱1/4个(70克)去外皮洗净切小丁,熟波兰香肠(Extra Lean Kolbassa)或熟火腿r肉30克切小丁。 3:蛋黄1个,香菜一颗洗净切碎粒,车打芝士(Cheddar Cheese)20克切小丁,盐1/2茶匙,黑胡椒1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙. 4:白色陈车打芝士(Cheddar Cheese aged 2 yrs)60克,切成12小块。 5:鸡蛋一个打散成蛋液,面粉1/2杯,面包糠3/4杯。 6:玉米油或菜籽油1.5杯。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 土豆削皮洗净切小块(图A),上笼蒸15分钟(图B)至绵软后倒入盆里(图C)。冷凉碾碎至无颗粒(图D)。小号不粘锅,置炉上开大火,放油2大匙,放入洋葱粒炒香(图E),然后再放入香肠碎炒匀,离火。 将炒好的洋葱香肠碎放入土豆泥里,然后放入所有3料(图F),用叉子拌匀(图G)。然后放入冰箱冻硬些(这样好操作)。小锅里放1.5杯玉米油或菜籽油,置炉上开中火,将拌好的土豆泥分成12份,手上稍沾点油,取一份土豆泥馅,塞入一小块陈车打芝士揉成球(图H),然后在面粉里滚一下(图I),抖掉多余面粉,放入蛋液里沾上蛋液(图J),然后放入面包糠里(图K)均匀沾上一层面包糠,用手稍揉几下,放入热油锅里(图L),炸至金黄捞起沥油,趁热食用。 脆皮土豆芝士球的外皮非常酥脆,趁热吃里面的芝士熔化,超级美味。 You might also like:绿豆蓉菠萝包做出完美的–低脂轻乳酪蛋糕高升牛肉Braised beef in vinegar soy sauce高升牛肉Braised beef in vinegar soy … Continue reading
