【苹果酥】
【苹果酥】 by 毛毛妈 我很喜欢苹果做的甜点,这个苹果酥的方子来自于我的一个法裔加拿大的同事,这是她妈妈的拿手甜点,这里谢谢她。有时遇到的烦心事,我就会到厨房做款甜点,看着刚烤好的香喷喷的甜点,就又很开心喜乐了。 用料: 馅: 1:苹果4个; 2:白糖2大匙,鲜榨柠檬汁2大匙; 酥层: 3:中筋粉1杯(160克),红糖1/2杯(96克);混合香料粉(Ground allspice)1茶匙,柠檬皮皮屑1茶匙; 4:黄油1/2杯(120克); 5:碎核桃仁1/2杯(58克)。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。 做法: 馅: 1、苹果削皮去核切薄片放入8英寸的玻璃烤盘里,放入2料拌匀(图1),然后将苹果压压平(图2)。 酥层: 2、将所有3料放入一盆里拌匀,放入切成小块冰箱冷藏的牛油4料(图3),用Pastry blender或手将面粉抓捏到油里成肉馅样(图4),不要揉捏过度。然后拌入碎核桃仁。 3、将酥层料均匀撒在苹果上(图5),放入已经预热至350F/170oC的烤箱里烤40-45分钟,至上层金黄。 4、稍冷切块即可食用,如果再放些冰激凌在上面,更棒。 You might also like:【紫薯广式月饼】【Baked Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp】【虾肉春卷】【Dim Sum & Desserts】Chinese version is released!【中式点心】电子书上架了!软炸腐乳鸡排Air … Continue reading
