奶香枣泥小馒头
奶香枣泥小馒头 作者:毛毛妈原创 这是个中式甜点,请客时上一盘不错噢。 用料: 1:中筋面粉(All purpose flour) 3又1/4杯,面是从面粉袋里直接舀的,没筛过,加泡打粉(Baking Powder)3茶匙,脱脂牛奶粉1/4杯,糖1/2杯拌匀。 2:牛奶1又1/2杯微波炉你加热50-60秒后加糖1大匙,快速发酵粉(yeast) 3茶匙,面粉2大匙搅拌均匀,静置10分钟。 3:枣泥馅适量,豆沙的做法见枣泥红豆年糕。 做法: 盆内放入中筋面粉,泡打粉和糖拌匀后加入2料揉成大块面团,再倒入15毫升玉米油揉成软面团。放在暖和的地方保湿保温,等到面团发至原来的两倍大。把发好的面团撒点干面粉揉成长条分成20小块,每份擀成饼皮,加1大匙馅料收口,放案板上用两手来轻擦揉成馒头。将做好的馒头坯放入铺了层纸巾的烤盘上见图,放入烤箱内醒30-60分钟(冬天可开灯保暖)。 蒸锅里加冷水、铺湿布,再将醒好的包子坯放入。置炉上开大火,蒸至上气,大火蒸12分钟,转中小火(电炉放4档)蒸3分钟,小火再蒸2分钟。离火等3分钟再揭盖。 萱软可口,枣香加奶香,非常香。 还做了几个没馅的,沾炼乳吃非常棒。 You might also like:Tea Biscuits【Blueberry Chiffon Cake】【蓝莓戚风蛋糕】葱油金针菇Enoki and carrots salad葱油金针菇Enoki and carrots salad软炸腐乳鸡排Air Fryer chicken thigh软炸腐乳鸡排Air Fryer chicken thigh
