【Firm bean curd in savory garlic sauce】

This is a cold dish, very easy and quick to make but delicious.
Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 6 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package five spice firm tofu (350g);
2) 1 fresh cilantro;
3) 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp freshly chopped green onion, 1.5 tsp shredded ginger, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic;
4) 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1/6 tsp chicken broth mix;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil; 1.5 tsp chili oil.
Directions:
1: Place bean curd in a sauce pot with 2 cups cold water and ½ tsp salt on high heat (Picture 1), cover with the lid and bring to boil, reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and let them cool, cut bean curd into thin slices (Picture 2), set aside. Rinse cilantro with cold water and remove major stems and save the leaves for later use (Picture 3).
2: Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat, sauté chopped green onion, shredded ginger and mince garlic for 30 seconds (Picture 4), remove from heat.
3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4), 1 tsp sesame oil and 1.5 tsp chili oil (Picture 5), add sliced bean curd (Picture 6), mix well.
4: Add cilantro leaves (Picture 7) and mix well. Serve immediately. This dish can be chilled in a fridge for 2-3 hours in summer days before serving.
